• Purchasing
• Marketing
• Manager

• Managing daily financial transactions, invoices and expenses tracking
• Develop and monitor budgets and cash flow
• Maintain financial records
• Develop monthly and quarterly financial reporting and prepare basic financial summaries

• Source and purchase materials, supplies and equipment
• Compare quotation and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost efficiency and quality
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments
• Track deliveries and follow up on delayed or incomplete orders
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and service providers

• Planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
• Manage social media content, scheduling and engagement
• Support content creation – copywriting, photography coordination and storytelling
• Track and analyse marketing performance
• Research market trends, competitors and customers preferences

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high quality standards
• Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Monitor inventory, ordering and cost control to maintain profitability
• Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with kitchen team to maintain menu consistency and food quality
• Create and manage staff schedules, workflow and labor cost effectively

• Minimum of 2 years experience in finance, accounting or economics
• Adept at accounting softwares, strong knowledge of accounting software
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Eagerness to grow in fast-paced environment

• Minimum of 1 year experience in business administration, supply chain or related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skill
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Eagerness and strong knowledge on procurement process and supplier management

• Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing, communication or related field
• Support content creation
• Copywriting, photography coordination and storytelling skills
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools and current trends
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret marketing data
• Creative, proactive and eager to learn

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a restaurant manager, assistant manager or supervisor
• Knowledge of F&B operations, inventory management and cost control
• Excellent customer service mindset and attention to detail
• Proficiency in POS system and basic financial reporting
• Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays as needed
