Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Customer Service

• Follow up on customer orders to ensure accuracy in quantity, quality, specifications, and delivery timelines.
• Guide and assist customers in submitting clear and complete orders.
• Process orders in AX system, notify Product Material Control, and ensure timely handling.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Monitor payments and coordinate with Accounting for order release approval.
• Handle outstanding payments in line with company procedures.
• Prepare documents and inform the warehouse to release goods upon payment confirmation.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to fulfill customer requirements.
• Handle customer complaints in accordance with company procedures and service standards.

Maintenance Team Leader and IPP (In Plant Printing)

• Supervise a team of maintenance staff and assign tasks to them
• Maintain, Controlling, repair equipment and facilities
• Oversee the ordering and stocking of operating supplies/ spare parts.
• Perform regular maintenance inspections and record findings
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance of equipment
• Respond to emergency calls and take appropriate action
• Monitor maintenance costs
• Responsible for the IPP setup, maintenance, troubleshooting
• Monitor, communicate and periodically visit Factories with the IPP facility located in some area within Java island

Operational Production

• Responsible for Production results, improvement plans, help set production improvement goals, ensure priorities and accountabilities are clear, provide resources and remove obstacles to ensure success.
• Design and implement production improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, training, inventory and services.
• Analyze and draw information for long-term strategic change and improvement for multiple teams/shifts.
• Ensure that manufacturing team members meet site goals and objectives in the establishment of sites’ annual production plans
• Plans, directs and coordinates the ordering and distribution of products, parts, and accessories. maximize sales potential consistent with good inventory control.
• Lead significant projects & improvement initiatives, scheduling and planning, budgeting and control on assigned production lines

Finance & Accounting Manager

• Manage financial reporting based on PSAK/IFRS.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and handle all tax-related matters.
• Lead internal and external audits, including follow-up on findings.
• Perform Profit & Loss (PnL) analysis and provide financial insights.
• Improve accounting processes: recording, timing, and data storage.
• Ensure compliance with financial laws and industry regulations.
• Supervise and develop the finance & accounting team.
• Communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)

Syarat Pekerjaan :
Customer Service

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Experience in customer service or order processing
• Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., AX)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Basic knowledge of payment/invoice processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Maintenance Team Leader and IPP (In Plant Printing)

• Min. S1 Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 2 years experienced as maintenance in manufacture company
• Can make simple panels
• Understand and can read wiring handling, high voltage and low voltage
• Experienced in Leadership, at least 1 year managing support staff
• Proficient in IT concepts and technologies
• Good in interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent In English
• Ms. Office and web

Operational Production

• Min Bachelor’s degree, preferred from Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years Operations/Manufacturing experience with.
