Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
IT Programming Teacher

• Planning, preparing and delivering lessons under the Koding Next curriculum
• Teaching, planned program and approved lesson plans
• Reviewing and improving own teaching materials and techniques with approval of the Curriculum Team
• Participating in developing curriculum materials, lesson plans, training, and other education-related materials together with
• Curriculum Team and Training Team. Teaching and motivating our students to work, and at the same time sharing your professional experience

Education Consultant (Sales)

• Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers and students via phone, WA, social media, and other platforms, follow them up on their decision to buy
• Find opportunities for gathering new clients and increasing sales
• Act as a student advisor
• Provide a quality explanation of the programs in Koding Next with the target to convert leads into customers
• Take care of the students’ needs from the start to the end of the course

Teacher For Kids

• Planning, preparing and delivering lessons under the Koding Next curriculum
• Teaching, planned program and approved lesson plans
• Reviewing and improving own teaching materials and techniques with approval of the Curriculum Team
• Participating in developing curriculum materials, lesson plans, training, and other education-related materials together with
• Curriculum Team and Training Team. Teaching and motivating our students to work, and at the same time sharing your professional experience

Marketing

• Develop and implement business development strategies
• Conduct market research and explore new opportunities
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships
• Support curriculum innovation and program evaluation
• Manage events and community outreach
• Collaborate on impactful marketing campaigns

Syarat Pekerjaan :
IT Programming Teacher

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology related field
• At least have 1 year experience as a Programming teacher or tutor, especially in a formal educational setting
• English is a must
• Team player, fast learner, well-groomed
• Trustworthy person with good ethical judgment
• Readiness to work in office
• Location: Harapan Indah

Education Consultant (Sales)

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Genuine desire to sell, convert leads into customers, ability to follow up with the customer till they make a decision
• Able to negotiate and build teamwork
• Able to achieve sales targets
• Have 1 year+ experience in sales (preferably in the education sector)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Readiness to work in our office (Harapan Indah)

Teacher For Kids

• Bachelor Degree in English/Math/Physics/Science/Education related field • At least have 1 year teaching experience
• English is a must
• Team player, fast learner, well-groomed
• Trustworthy person with good ethical judgment
• Readiness to work in office
• Location: Harapan Indah

Marketing

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s a plus)
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or education
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Passion for education and technology
• Very good written and spoken English
• Open-minded and creative personality
• Readiness to work in Harapan Indah
