Syarat Pekerjaan :
Community Manager

• Experienced in handling VIP guests or important clients with professionalism and care
• Excellent communication online warm, polished, and professional in person and
• Strong people skills – able to build connections and make guests feel valued
• Skilled in planning and running events – from small gatherings to branded or corporate events
• Manages social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Google Reviews, etc.) and responds to messages and comments promptly in brand voice
• Promotes events and engages with the community on social media
• Can coordinate and host events that build community and enhance brand experience
• Collaborates well with marketing, content, and front-of-house teams
• Well-organized and able to multitask – including handling bookings and VIP visits
• Aware of digital and cultural trends that boost community engagement
• Experience with CRM tools or guest management platforms

Social Media Strategist

• Develop and manage strategic content plans across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Create original content, including visual assets and compelling copywriting, that aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives
• Handle content production end-to-end: concepting, shooting, editing, and publishing
• Proficient in using content creation tools, editing software, and social media management platforms (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns in collaboration with influencers, content creators, and brand partners

Motion Graphic Designer

• Strong portfolio in graphic design with added flair for motion graphics and animated content
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – and comfortable jumping into After Effects or Premiere Pro when things need to move
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Able to create engaging static and animated content for social media, branding, campaigns, and digital platforms
