REQUIREMENTS: Your Tech Stack & Skills

• Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in Electrical Engineering (Low Current).

• Experience: Comfortable performing maintenance and service on IT/Electronic equipment.

• Track Record: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Engineer servicing electronic devices (Bonus points for Audio-Video equipment experience!).

• Mobility: Must own a motorcycle and have an active SIM C license.
  JOB DESCRIPTION: What You'll Be Doing

  You'll own the service process from start to finish, providing top-tier solutions:

  • Client Interface: Handle receiving units from customers for service and returning the repaired units.

  • Solution Provider: Offer effective solutions and technical advice to clients regarding their installed systems.

  • Quality Repairs: Execute repairs with precision and neatness (as good as new!) and meet the promised turnaround time.

  • Pre-Shipment Test: Conduct thorough product testing on all repaired items before they go back to the customer.

  • Product Guru: Master the technical specs of all company products.

  • Client Training: Conduct training sessions for clients on the correct use of their equipment.
